Allows exemptions for baby monitors when age-appropriate or when a child has a medical diagnosis of severe physical disabilities or behavioral, cognitive, or psychological disorders

Permits cameras and monitoring equipment for children with documented medical diagnoses of severe physical disabilities or behavioral/cognitive/psychological disorders

Exempts mobile phones, computers, tablets, and smart devices from the ban, but these cannot be used for monitoring purposes without a qualifying medical diagnosis

Requires all exempted monitoring devices to be placed in conspicuous locations and prohibits hidden, concealed, or obscured placement
