Expands acceptable documentation for employees on public improvement construction projects to include government-issued ID cards, I-9 forms, certified employee payrolls, or waiver certificates filed with the Division of Labor

Removes the previous requirement to submit waiver certificates and certified payrolls that specifically documented employee counts, county/state of residence, and occupation

Applies to all construction projects funded by public authorities for public improvements under the West Virginia Jobs Act

Division of Labor retains authority to compile reported information and submit annual reports to the Joint Committee on Government and Finance by October 15
