Defines "military protection order" as a protection order issued under federal law (10 U.S.C. § 1567) by a commanding officer against a person under their command in the U.S. Armed Forces or any state's National Guard

Allows courts to use a military protection order as sufficient evidence of immediate and present danger when determining whether to issue an emergency protective order in domestic violence cases

Allows magistrates to use a military protection order as sufficient grounds to find reasonable cause when issuing temporary personal safety orders against respondents

Requires West Virginia law enforcement officers who determine a military protection order exists in the FBI's National Crime Information Center database to notify the law enforcement agency that entered the order when they have probable cause to believe the service member violated it
