Increases the retirement benefit percentage for deputy sheriffs who retired on or after July 1, 2018, from 2.5% to 2.75% of final average salary multiplied by years of credited service

Raises the monthly disability benefit for totally disabled retirees (retired on or before July 1, 2020) from $400 to $600

Doubles fees for sheriff's office reports: minimum fee increases from $10 to $20, maximum from $20 to $30, with $20 (up from $10) deposited into the Deputy Sheriff Retirement Fund

Increases fees for fingerprinting, identification cards, and background investigation services from $5 to $10, with proceeds deposited into the Deputy Sheriff Retirement Fund

All fee increases are paid by counties and the public, not by deputy sheriffs, to fund the enhanced retirement benefits
