Adds microschool tuition and fees as a qualifying expense for Hope Scholarship accounts, referencing microschools as defined in §18-8-1(n)(1)(B) of state code

Expands the list of approved educational expenses that parents can pay for using Hope Scholarship funds deposited in their student's account

Renumbers the existing catchall provision for "any other qualifying expenses" approved by the Hope Scholarship Board from item (13) to item (14)

Maintains all existing qualifying expenses including private school tuition, tutoring, curriculum materials, educational therapies, and transportation to education providers
