One-movement stickers for vehicles can now be purchased online from the Division of Motor Vehicles, with electronic payment and electronic format delivery options

Validity period for one-movement stickers doubled from 48 hours to 96 hours after issuance for one-time vehicle operation or towing on public roads

Fee remains $10 per sticker, with half deposited in the State Road Fund and half allocated to welcome centers and rest areas along interstate highways

One-movement stickers cannot be used as evidence of vehicle ownership

Effective date is July 6, 2025 (90 days after passage on April 7, 2025)
