Removes the requirement for pharmacies and pharmacists to report opioid antagonist (overdose reversal medication) sales to the Controlled Substances Monitoring Program Database

Eliminates the 72-hour dispensing limit that restricted prescribing practitioners from dispensing more than a 72-hour supply of controlled substances to their own patients, with no more than two such cycles in any 15-day period

Removes the requirement for the Board of Pharmacy to notify physicians about abuse-deterrent or practitioner-administered forms of buprenorphine when approved by the FDA

Maintains existing reporting requirements for Schedule II-V controlled substances dispensed by pharmacies, hospitals, and medical providers
