Authorizes the West Virginia State Tax Department to promulgate a legislative rule (110 CSR 10G) establishing procedures for alternative resolution of tax disputes

The rule was originally filed in the State Register on August 30, 2024, under the authority of §11-10-23 of the West Virginia Code

The State Tax Department modified the rule to address objections from the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled it on October 9, 2024

Amends and reenacts §64-7-1 of the West Virginia Code to provide the statutory authorization for this administrative rule
