Authorizes the Board of Respiratory Care to promulgate a legislative rule regarding criteria for licensure, based on a rule filed in the State Register on August 30, 2024

Removes subsection 2.4 and subsection 3.3 from the proposed rule in their entirety

Eliminates date-specific language referencing "July 1, 2022" from multiple sections of the licensure criteria, simplifying credential requirements by removing the time-based distinctions

Deletes subsection 4.2 entirely and removes the phrase "licensed prior to July 1, 2022" from subsection 4.1 regarding respiratory therapists

Amends §64-9-1 of the West Virginia Code to reflect these changes to the Board of Respiratory Care's rulemaking authority
