Requires mold remediation service providers to register with the state and demonstrate financial responsibility, with at least one direct supervisor holding an active third-party certification from approved organizations

Establishes that all mold remediation in West Virginia must follow the ANSI/IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation or an equivalent ANSI-accredited standard approved by the department

Department must adopt implementing rules within one year of the bill's enactment
