Prohibits any requirement that a physician perform irreversible gender reassignment surgery if they do not wish to do so for any reason, medical or otherwise

Prohibits any requirement that any person assist in the performance of irreversible gender reassignment surgery if they do not wish to participate

Defines "physician" as individuals licensed to practice allopathic medicine by the Board of Medicine or osteopathic medicine by the Board of Osteopathic Medicine
