Enacts the Dietitian Licensure Compact, allowing licensed dietitians to practice across member states without obtaining separate licenses in each state through a "compact privilege" system

Requires applicants for compact privileges to submit fingerprints for FBI and state criminal background checks, hold an unencumbered license in their home state, and meet educational requirements including a master's or doctoral degree from an accredited program

Establishes the Dietitian Licensure Compact Commission as a joint government agency of member states with authority to promulgate rules, collect fees, maintain a shared data system, and take enforcement actions against non-compliant states

Allows active military members and their spouses to designate a home state for licensure purposes and retain that designation during active duty service

Compact becomes effective when seven states enact it; member states may withdraw with 180 days' notice but must continue recognizing compact privileges during that period
