State school service personnel will receive a 25% pay increase across all salary scales effective July 1, 2025

The increase applies to employees working more than 3.5 hours per day (full rate) and those working 3.5 hours or less (half rate)

Pay grades range from A through H, with monthly minimums currently spanning from $2,377 (Grade A, 0 years) to $4,037 (Grade H, 40 years) before the 25% increase

Covered positions include bus operators, custodians, cooks, aides, secretaries, mechanics, electricians, paraprofessionals, and approximately 90 other service job classifications

Existing pay supplements remain in place, including $12/month for high school diploma holders, $11/month per 12 college credit hours (up to 120 hours), and $40/month for each degree level (associate's through doctorate)
