Reduces the minimum number of members required for a county economic development authority board from an unspecified higher number to seven members, while maintaining the maximum at 21 members

County commissions retain authority to appoint all board members, including one member specifically designated to represent the county commission

Initial board members serve staggered terms of one, two, and three years; subsequent appointments are for three-year terms with reappointment permitted

County commissions may remove any board member at any time by recorded order and appoint a successor

Effective date is July 11, 2025 (90 days after passage on April 12, 2025)
