Prohibits county boards of education from readvertising classroom teaching positions once a principal has made a good-faith job offer to a qualified applicant and that applicant has accepted the offer

Removes the current discretionary authority that allows boards to repost classroom teaching positions multiple times to attract more qualified applicants after an initial posting

Permits subsequent postings only if no qualified applicant is found for the position

Applies specifically to classroom teaching positions where a qualified applicant meeting the job posting standards has already accepted an offer
