Creates three tiered classifications for school bus operators based on years of service: Bus Operator I (less than 5 years), Bus Operator II (at least 5 years), and Bus Operator III (at least 10 years)

Assigns increasing pay grades to each bus operator tier: Bus Operator I at Pay Grade D, Bus Operator II at Pay Grade E, and Bus Operator III at Pay Grade F

Raises the pay grade for Cafeteria Manager positions from Pay Grade D to Pay Grade E

Adds language clarifying the salary equity supplement of $164 per month is intended "to meet the objective of salary equity among the counties"
