Removes the requirement for the Department of Education to report to the Legislative Oversight Commission on Education Accountability regarding implementation of extended learning opportunity programs (originally due December 31, 2022)

Eliminates the requirement for the State Board of Education to provide a report on the proposed implementation of the multi-tiered system of support for early literacy and numeracy (originally due July 1, 2023)

Retains the annual reporting requirement for the State Board to report on the status of the multi-tiered system of support for literacy and numeracy on or before November 1 each year

Makes technical amendments to renumber subsections in §18-2E-10 (Third Grade Success Act) following the removal of the one-time reporting requirement
