Repeals §18-1-4, the "Vision 2020: An Education Blueprint for Two Thousand Twenty" provision, which is now outdated

Eliminates §18-2-16 and §18-2-16a governing the establishment, operation, and construction of buildings at a state camp and conference center

Removes §18-2-39 relating to a college and career readiness initiative

Repeals the entire Article 2A (§18-2A-1 through §18-2A-8) concerning adoption of textbooks, instructional materials, and learning technologies

Eliminates the entire School Innovation Zones Act (§18-5B-1 through §18-5B-14), including provisions for innovation zone designations, dropout prevention programs, and related funding

Repeals §18-10H-6 and §18-10H-7 relating to effective schools programs in vocational-technical education and unified technology transfer programs

Effective date is June 29, 2025 (90 days from passage on March 31, 2025)
