Provides a one-time 10% cost-of-living supplement to West Virginia Public Employees Retirement System retirees whose annual retirement benefits are under $75,000

Requires retirees to be at least 65 years of age and have been receiving retirement benefits for at least five consecutive years as of July 1, 2026

Applies only to members who retired prior to or on the effective date of the legislation, or to beneficiaries already receiving benefits

Supplement is subject to applicable limitations under Section 415 of the Internal Revenue Code
