Lowers the age eligibility for annual annuity adjustments from 63 to 60 years old for retirees of the West Virginia State Police Retirement System

Maintains the 1% annual retirement annuity adjustment rate for eligible retirees and surviving spouses

Retirees who retire due to disability or other qualifying provisions, as well as surviving spouses receiving benefits, remain eligible for adjustments regardless of age

Annual adjustments continue to begin each July 1 and are paid in equal monthly installments, supplementing base retirement awards
