Prohibits any organization receiving state dollars from requiring COVID-19 vaccination as a condition for participation or employment in any aspect of the organization's operations

Replaces the existing law that provided medical and religious exemptions to COVID-19 vaccine mandates with a complete ban on such mandates for state-funded entities

Removes previous exemption language that allowed Medicare and Medicaid-certified facilities to follow federal vaccine regulations

Takes effect immediately upon passage of the bill

Applies broadly to all organizations receiving state funding, including employment and general participation in organizational activities
