West Virginia residents would receive a 25 percent discount on lodging and services at West Virginia State Parks

Residency must be documented with a valid West Virginia driver's license or identification card to qualify for the discount

The discount applies only to services used exclusively by the resident citizen

The Director of Parks and Recreation is responsible for implementing the discount program

Adds new section §20-5-25 to the Parks and Recreation article of the West Virginia Code
