Extends qualified immunity to employees of private child welfare agencies or providers contracted by the West Virginia Department of Human Services to deliver child welfare services

Protects private child welfare employees from personal liability for professional decisions or actions taken in the performance of official duties

Immunity does not apply to losses caused by gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, or intentional misconduct

Amends §49-2-205 of the West Virginia Code, which governs service delivery through contracts with private entities for child welfare services
