Prohibits using data gathered through remote monitoring to negatively impact a patient's costs or availability of healthcare services

Permits internet service providers to share wireless local area network (WLAN) information with health insurers, medical providers, and medical device manufacturers for connectivity purposes, with liability protection except under HIPAA and other federal regulations

Requires health insurers to report utilization data to employers for employer-sponsored health insurance, excluding any internet traffic data
