Declares all current and future federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, orders, and regulations that restrict, tax, or regulate firearms, firearm accessories, ammunition, or their possession, sale, transfer, manufacture, or use to be null and void in West Virginia

Creates a felony offense punishable by up to 2 years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine for any government official or employee who attempts to enforce firearm regulations deemed to violate the Second Amendment or the West Virginia Constitution

Requires the West Virginia Attorney General to defend state citizens prosecuted by the federal government for violations of federal firearm laws

Exempts local governments from the restrictions when enacting zoning ordinances for arms manufacturing (if comparable to other industries), imposing taxes on firearms (if comparable to other goods and authorized by state law), and regulating firearm use by government employees during official duties

Applies retroactively to January 1, 2025, while specifying that no ex post facto laws are created
