Permits year-round hunting of coyotes at any hour of the day or night, overriding any existing code provisions or agency rules restricting hunting times

Allows use of artificial light and night vision technology (including image intensification, thermal imaging, and active illumination) when hunting coyotes throughout the entire year

Expands existing exceptions that already permit use of artificial light and night vision for hunting fox, raccoon, opossum, and skunk to provide broader authorization specifically for coyotes

Violation of the artificial light/night vision hunting restrictions remains a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $100-$500 and jail confinement of 10-100 days
