Prohibits the manufacture, sale, distribution, or offering of food products for human consumption containing potassium bromate or propylparaben, effective January 1, 2027

Establishes civil penalties of up to $5,000 for a first violation and up to $10,000 for each subsequent violation

Enforcement actions may be brought by the Attorney General, municipal attorneys, or prosecuting attorneys

Preserves existing rights, causes of action, and remedies available under other laws as cumulative with penalties established in this act
