Removes the restriction prohibiting advertising signs within 500 feet of churches, schools, cemeteries, public parks, playgrounds, reservations, and state or national forests outside of municipalities

Eliminates the prohibition on stacked billboard sign faces (one on top of another) with each face exceeding 300 square feet for permits applied after December 31, 2003

Removes the restriction on side-by-side billboard formations where each sign face exceeds 300 square feet

Eliminates the 672 square foot maximum size limit for billboard faces (with 30% extension allowance) for permits applied after December 31, 2003

Removes the limitation allowing only one sign structure per location
