Adds new reporting requirements for corporate and membership organization contributions, including disclosure of principal place of business and type of business conducted when contributions exceed $250

Permits corporations and membership organizations to contribute to their separate segregated funds (corporate PACs) up to the $5,000 limit for purposes of making candidate contributions

Adds "corporation" as a defined term in election law, covering for-profit and nonprofit corporations, nonstock corporations, incorporated membership organizations, cooperatives, trade associations, professional corporations, and certain LLCs
