Exempts students enrolled in private, parochial, charter, virtual charter, and remote public schools from West Virginia's mandatory immunization requirements under §16-3-4

Students in these exempt school types must still comply with West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission rules, including vaccination requirements applicable to high school athletes

Creates new section §16-3-4d under Article 3 governing prevention and control of communicable and infectious diseases

Does not affect vaccination requirements for students attending traditional public schools
