Mandates creation of a state website and printed materials containing information about fetal development at two-week intervals, adoption agencies, prenatal assistance programs, and resources for parents of children with disabilities

Requires that when a fetus is diagnosed with a disability or lethal anomaly, women must be informed about perinatal hospice services, support programs, and educational resources as alternatives to abortion

Imposes license revocation for medical professionals who knowingly and willfully perform abortions in violation of informed consent requirements, and requires life-saving care for any fetus born alive during an abortion procedure
