Requires health insurance plans amended, renewed, or delivered on or after January 1, 2026 to cover all FDA-approved contraceptives, voluntary sterilization procedures, patient education and counseling on contraception, and related follow-up services

Mandates coverage for up to a 12-month supply of prescribed contraceptives at one time, regardless of when the enrollee joined the plan

Prohibits health insurers from imposing deductibles, copayments, cost-sharing, prior authorization, or other delays on coverage for prescription contraceptive drugs

Expands the definition of contraceptives to include all FDA-approved drugs and devices for pregnancy prevention, including hormonal drugs administered orally, transdermally, and intravaginally

Maintains a religious employer exemption allowing organizations with sincerely held religious beliefs to exclude contraceptive and sterilization coverage, provided they give written notice to enrollees and offer a rider for purchase at group rates
