Workforce West Virginia's Division of Workforce Development must partner with the State Board of Education beginning in the 2025-2026 school year to implement an interactive STEM educational platform focused on chemistry and related careers in high schools and technical schools

The program will launch as a pilot with 10 schools for the first two years, then expand to all high schools and technical schools statewide that choose to participate

Participating schools will receive instructional resources for students and teachers, with administrators and teachers gaining access to the platform as part of professional development

Funding for the program will be provided by the Department of Commerce to Workforce West Virginia's Division of Workforce Development, subject to legislative appropriation

The State Board of Education must submit an evaluation report by January 1, 2027, to the Governor and Legislative Oversight Committee on Education Accountability with recommendations for the program's continuation, expansion, or termination
