Defines "gender identity" as the actual or perceived gender-related identity, expression, appearance, mannerisms, or other gender-related characteristics of an individual, regardless of designated sex at birth

Extends existing anti-discrimination protections to cover employers with 12 or more employees, labor organizations, employment agencies, places of public accommodation, and residential real estate transactions
