Requires the Secretary of the Department of Health to propose legislative rules adding alpha-gal syndrome to the list of diseases that must be reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

Alpha-gal syndrome is a tick-borne condition that causes allergic reactions to red meat and other mammal-derived products

Changes existing law to make CDC reporting of alpha-gal syndrome mandatory rather than discretionary

Modifies public pool facility regulations by raising the threshold for equipment repair/modernization review from mandatory ("shall") to permissive ("may not") when costs are under $25,000 and scope remains unchanged
