Authorizes first responders at motor vehicle crashes or other environmental hazards to contact the public safety answering point (PSAP) and request a DEP-approved environmental cleanup company when hazardous materials are released into the environment

Requires the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to ensure timely and satisfactory containment, cleanup, and reclamation when a first responder requests an approved cleanup company

Creates a new section (§17C-4-18) under the motor vehicle accidents article of West Virginia code to establish this environmental response procedure
