Requires the sales listing form for real property transfers to be physically attached to and recorded with the deed, rather than filed separately with the county clerk

Sales listing forms must include tax map and parcel number, property address, consideration/value paid, financing arrangements, and either the prior deed information or source of grantor's title

County clerks cannot record any real property transfer document unless accompanied by a completed and verified sales listing form for the State Tax Commissioner

The sheriff must notify lienholders and new property owners of any unpaid taxes assessed against the property and provide copies of subsequent tax tickets to new owners listed on the sales listing form
