Establishes a two-year pilot program under the Department of Agriculture to provide fresh, affordable produce to food desert communities, defined as areas lacking access to nutritious, affordable food

Requires the department to select partnering providers to operate weekly markets in three food desert communities, with at least one located in a rural area

Partnering providers must accept cash, credit, debit, and food vouchers; offer reduced-price produce packages; include storage guides and recipes; and donate surplus produce to food banks and other nonprofits

Department must conduct outreach to food desert communities, the agricultural industry, and the public about program availability

Requires a written report to the Legislature within two years detailing participating communities, number of families served, food vouchers redeemed, and recommendations for expanding access statewide
