Creates the Katherine Johnson and Dorothy Vaughan Fair Pay Act, named after two West Virginia-connected women featured in "Hidden Figures" who experienced pay discrimination while contributing to NASA's space program

Requires employers to provide the range of wages, benefits, and other compensation to job applicants upon request

Prohibits employers from asking applicants about their wage history before making an initial job offer, and bars retaliation against applicants who decline to provide salary history or who request compensation information

Grants employees the right to inquire about, discuss, and disclose wages with coworkers without employer interference, and prohibits employers from requiring employees to sign waivers restricting wage discussions

Provides a private cause of action for violations, with remedies including compensatory damages, attorney fees, and injunctive relief
