Expands the definition of "employer" under West Virginia Human Rights Commission jurisdiction from businesses with 12 or more employees to those with only 2 or more employees working 20 or more calendar weeks per year

Extends the statute of limitations for filing unlawful discrimination complaints from 365 days to three years after the alleged act of discrimination

Applies to discrimination claims based on race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, blindness, disability, or familial status

Private clubs remain exempt from the employer definition under the amended law
