Removes marijuana (cannabis) from Schedule I of West Virginia's Uniform Controlled Substances Act, decriminalizing it at the state level

Removes psilocybin and psilocyn (psychedelic compounds found in "magic mushrooms") from Schedule I

Removes tetrahydrocannabinols (THC), including delta-8, delta-9, delta-10, and synthetic THC variants, from Schedule I

Eliminates the provision that exempted lawfully manufactured hemp products under state law from THC scheduling restrictions, as the removal makes this exception unnecessary

Corrects a minor spelling error in the existing statute, changing "nitrogren" to "nitrogen" in the benzoylindoles section
