West Virginia Division of Labor must consult with the Department of Veterans' Assistance to create and distribute a veterans' benefits and services poster

Poster must include contact information and descriptions for: Department of Veterans' Assistance, substance abuse and mental health treatment, education/workforce/training programs, tax benefits, driver's licenses/ID cards, unemployment insurance eligibility, legal services, and the VA Veterans Crisis Line

Employers with more than 50 full-time employees must display the poster in a prominent position accessible to employees in the workplace

Employers with websites must also display the poster in a conspicuous place on their website if applicable
