Expands the Natural Resources Commission from seven members to eleven members by adding four new positions in 2025

Requires the four new members to be Division of Natural Resources staff wildlife biologists with specialized focus areas

Designates one biologist each to focus on deer, bears, turkeys, and fisheries

Maintains existing requirements that the original seven commissioners be citizens and residents selected for their interest in conservation, with one from each natural resources district and the remainder from the state at large

Continues the prohibition on commissioners holding other public offices or serving on political party committees
