Provides $2,000 in student debt relief for eligible teachers after 3 years of employment in West Virginia public schools, with an additional $2,000 available after 6 years (maximum $4,000 total)

Requires applicants to hold at least a master's degree in education with specialization in math, science, or special education, and be West Virginia residents for at least one year

Administered by the vice chancellor for administration, with funding appropriated through a budget line item

Program begins January 1, 2026 and sunsets on January 1, 2036
