Defines "scalp cooling system" as any device designed to cool the human scalp to prevent or reduce hair loss during chemotherapy, provided it is intended for repeated use and serves a medical purpose

Allows coverage to be subject to annual deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments consistent with other benefits in the policy, as approved by the insurance commissioner
