Provides exceptions allowing warrantless access when the subscriber gives informed consent, a judicially recognized exception applies, information is publicly accessible, or the provider voluntarily discloses due to emergencies

Permits providers to voluntarily disclose records without a warrant when they believe there is imminent risk of death, serious injury, sexual abuse, kidnapping, or human trafficking, or when they inadvertently discover evidence of felonies or violent misdemeanors

Grants legal immunity to electronic service providers and their employees who provide information in good faith reliance on a warrant or under the specified emergency exceptions
