Requires accident and sickness insurance policies in West Virginia to cover GLP-1 class medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and similar drugs) when the patient has a valid prescription

Adds a new section (§33-15-24) to the state insurance code under Article 15 governing accident and sickness insurance

Removes insurers' ability to deny coverage for GLP-1 medications solely based on the medication class, provided a prescription exists
