Prevents the plan from penalizing, reducing reimbursement to, or incentivizing healthcare providers to avoid providing care consistent with this requirement

Takes effect for any policy, contract, or plan delivered after July 1, 2025

Officially designates this legislation as the "Men's Equality Act"
