Requires sex offenders to update registration information within 10 days of any change (reduced to 3 business days for county-to-county moves), and mandates providing DNA samples, IP addresses of electronic devices, and any temporary or transient residence if no permanent address exists

Extends minimum registration periods from 10 years to 15 years for standard offenses, creates a new 25-year registration tier for offenses involving minors or human trafficking, and adds lifetime registration for sexual offenses against vulnerable adults

Establishes tiered in-person reporting requirements: annually for 15-year registrants, every 6 months for 25-year registrants, and quarterly (January, April, July, October) for lifetime registrants

Prohibits registered sex offenders from residing within 2,500 feet of any public or private school or child daycare facility, effective January 1, 2026

Requires 21 business days advance notice to State Police before international travel and adds criminal penalties for failing to provide DNA samples
