Defines authorized persons for residence halls and student facilities as residents, invited guests, parents/guardians, employees acting within their scope, and legitimate commercial visitors (delivery/repair persons)

Allows campus police, state police, municipal officers, sheriffs, or designated administrators to request authorized persons leave if they interfere with peaceful operations
